Today has been a tough day. You know one of those days where nothing seems to work out the way you planned. When I wrote my newsletter on Sunday I promised to have two kits ready in the store. Well, that didnt happen. I tried to work on it today but gave up after having problems with getting a preview to stick. It kept disappearing even after I saved it!! Argh!!!
Well, tommorrow is a new day. I also wanted to get some advertising done today!! That always seems to go by the wayside also. I even got up early to get more done today. Of course I had laundry etc to get finished!! So much for advertising. I still would like to get it done before the week is over. I also wanted to get some designing done. I have had the itch for several days now and just havent gotten that far. I did get to work on the Member's Choice Kit Yesterday though. That was fun. It took all day but was fun!!
I have a lot to share since it has been so long since I posted last! Here are some recent layouts:
Here is the layout that I completed for "A" in the ABC Challenge at www.scrappinggarden.com
I used my portion of this January 2009 Mega Kit Just Imagine for this layout. You can find this kit here: http://www.scrappinggarden.com/shop/product.php?productid=17904&cat=0&page=1 It is on sale through the month of January for $3.49
Here is the preview of my portion of this kit:
Here is a preview of the "Memeber's Choice" Kit so far. Marsha Connell is the last designer and I think she is working on it tonight. There is still time to find a name for the kit so make your suggestions in the forum here : http://www.scrappinggarden.com/forum/showthread.php?p=45004#post45004
Here is the layout I did for Scraplift with Karen:
There is still time to participate if you would like. This challenge runs through the end of the month. You can find the link to that challenge here: http://www.scrappinggarden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5225 I used my Indigo kit for this layout. You can find it here http://www.scrappinggarden.com/shop/product.php?productid=17910&cat=0&page=2 It is $3.00 until January 31st
Last but not least here is the layout I did for Snap a Masterpiece with Keiki
There is still time to participate in this challenge also. You can find it here: http://www.scrappinggarden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5232 In this layout I used my Boys, Boys, Boys Kits. These kits have everything you need to scrap the men in your lives young or old!! The colors are a neutral pallette with a hint of blues and greens. You can find those kits here: http://www.scrappinggarden.com/shop/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=21
Okay, I feel better I got my advertising in. LOL I dont want you to forget to snag your freebie kit before the end of the month. At that time it will go into my store! Here is the post in the thread where my link is. http://www.scrappinggarden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5224
Keep an eye out in my store for the add-on. It will be appearing sometime next month!
I am thinking positive - today is almost gone and tommorrow is a new day! Thanks for reading to the end. I hope to post more often but will at least once a week. Thanks for checking in!!
About Me
- Totally Truthful
- I am a 51 year old woman who in the past few years have been through one thing after another. Even though I see God's hand in it all it has and continues to be a difficult road. I feel I cannot be the only person thinking and feeling the way that I do. Maybe not all of you and its not my intention to offend yet to help. So if you disagree then lets agree to disagree. This is the truth as it applies to my life and we could differ. This is my journey and I pray that in some way it may be helpful for you or someone you know. God Bless you all on your journey whatever it may be.
